A corporate marquee minimum group is 20 Adults. Groups less than 40 people will be required to share a food service area and bar with other small groups.
Groups less than 20 do not need to feel that they have "missed out" - we have designed the exclusive Valley marquee so that the same experience can be shared by smaller groups in a shared marquee.

- Slightly rare baked porterhouse of beef with seeded mustard
- Breast of chicken marinated in Moroccan spices with cucumber yoghurt
- Peeled prawns marinated in coriander, lemon grass & chilli served in an Asian style salad with shredded capsicum & crispy noodles
- Baby potato salad in basil dressing with shaved parmesan
- Roasted vegetable & pasta salad with sundried tomatoes, artichoke, capsicum, broccoli, squash, mushrooms and zucchini with balsamic vinaigrette
- Crusty bread rolls
- Vegetarian quiche or frittata available on request
- Fresh and dried fruit with Australian cheeses and water crackers
